Job description

At 5.11, we're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with leaders across the business and help drive financial performance through thoughtful analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights.
Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you'll support our Wholesale, Retail, and corporate teams with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving complex business problems, and influencing decisions across a growing organization.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes across multiple business channels.
  • Partner with leaders across Wholesale, Retail, and corporate functions to provide financial guidance and actionable insights.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend solutions that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews and variance analysis while supporting the month-end close process.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities and financial processes.
  • Prepare presentations and financial reporting for executive leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, and overall financial planning processes.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting consumer products, apparel, retail, manufacturing, or inventory-based businesses preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, SQL, and reporting or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial statements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Prior leadership or team management experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $55.00-$70.00 per hour based on experience
