Description:
  • Establishing both Business to Business relationships and Business to Consumer relationships on behalf of his/her Supervising MLO;
  • Visiting those Centers of Influence and Referral sources in order to help cultivate business for their Supervising MLO;
  • Collecting contact information from potential Borrowers and Referral sources and Centers of Influence for their Supervising MLO ;
  • Following up with Borrowers and Referral sources and Centers of Influence;
  • Assisting in the efforts to recruit Loan Officers and Branch Managers who they come across while in the field;
  • Assisting in and arranging network events with their Supervising MLO; and
  • Ensuring that the appropriate Dual Capacity disclosure document is used on each Loan they are associated with.
