Job Responsibilities

  • Master the art of following recipes with pinpoint accuracy and commit volumetric measurements to memory- the secret sauce to our mouthwatering creations.
  • Confidently navigate the kitchen by following directions with flair and precision.
  • Engage in effective and direct communication with the supervisors and kitchen colleagues.
  • Embrace the mandatory compliance with all Food Safety standards, ensuring our guests enjoy every treat with peace of mind.
  • Manage daily orders, gracefully accept deliveries, and keep costs within set cost margins.
  • Team up with the Front of House team members to establish and meet pars- ensuring our delightful creations are always ready to be served.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure our products meet the standards for both quality and quantity.
  • Maintain Coney's Cones and other work areas organization, including the cleanliness and order of storage areas.
  • Work with FOH (Front of House) to establish and meet pars.
  • Master the art of stock rotation (FIFO- First In, First Out) because our great menu deserves to shine at its best.

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with guests and create a positive, memorable experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Availability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with managers, and kitchen and dining area team members.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 40 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods.
