OverviewThe Role

As a Regional Vice President, you will have full operational and P&L responsibility for a large number of highly profitable entertainment venues across your region, tasked with driving revenue, maximizing cash flow, developing senior leaders, and delivering the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational strategy and performance across all centers in your region, holding District Managers and their teams accountable to brand standards and results
  • Build the next generation of district and center leadership through direct development, succession planning, and a genuine commitment to promoting from within
  • Drive regional financial performance across sales growth, labor optimization, cost management, and multi-location P&L
  • Maintain a regular field presence, coaching leaders in the moment during peak periods and high-volume seasons
  • Lead major initiatives including remodels and companywide operational rollouts
  • Partner with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to shape company strategy and bring it to life in the field
We Are Looking for Candidates With
  • Significant multi-unit operations leadership across a large geographic region, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage
  • A track record of sustained sales growth, operational consistency, and strong P&L performance at regional scale
  • Advanced financial acumen including regional P&L oversight, strategic budgeting, forecasting, and profitability optimization
  • A genuine track record of developing senior leaders and building management pipelines, not just managing headcount
  • The ability to translate company strategy into sustained field-level execution.
  • The willingness and desire to travel extensively and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required to stay connected to your region

The pay rate for this position is $200,000 - $225,000 per year.
