Description
This position is for a Spray Foam Insulation Tech/Installer based in Fairbury and the surrounding market (Bloomington, Champaign, Peoria & Kankakee). We are looking for someone who loves to make work fun and works hard. The right candidate will lead a crew while also managing projects from beginning to end.
Experience in Construction is preferred; spray foam insulation experience is a BONUS!

Responsibilities
This position requires all aspects of the spray foam installation process:
• Loading the correct materials for the job
• Strategizing an efficient install
• Install properly and neatly
• Cleaning up the job site
• Maintaining equipment
• Communicating effectively with customers and team members, etc.
Therefore, one must have a track record of quality work and management skills while also building the camaraderie of the team.
Qualifications
One must also:
• Be committed to the team and the job at hand.
• Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals.
• Have ample construction knowledge.
• Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable.
• Some experience using construction equipment, forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is highly preferred.
• Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training.
• This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Needs to be good at following directions and completing tasks, both independently and on a team.
