Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: 30 hours/week (evenings & weekends as needed)
Job Type: Seasonal
Location: City of Alton parks (in-person)
The City of Alton is seeking a reliable and motivated Park Supervisor to help keep parks safe, clean, and ready for public use. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and supporting community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and close parks; secure facilities
  • Turn lights on/off for evening use
  • Prepare and inspect fields for sporting events
  • Ensure parks are clean, safe, and event-ready
  • Check buildings and restrooms
  • Assist with amphitheater events
  • Respond to public questions and report issues

Qualifications:
  • 18+ with valid driver's license
  • Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
