BEPC is actively looking for BSA/AML Compliance Analyst, in Plano, TX area!

W2 Contract – 6 months with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $45.00 - $50.72/hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Work Model: Onsite role

Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated BSA/AML Compliance Specialist to join our client’s site. This role will support BSA/AML compliance activities through suspicious transaction investigations, enhanced due diligence (EDD), customer risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

The position will also support AML training initiatives, maintain awareness of applicable laws and regulations, collaborate with law enforcement and external agencies as needed, and assist the BSA/AML Officer with additional duties and projects.


Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious transactions and activities.
  • Conduct full enhanced due diligence (EDD) high-risk reviews of the bank’s highest-risk customers.
  • Conduct risk ratings of deposit and commercial lending customers upon onboarding.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory authorities as required.
  • Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify potential money laundering activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of AML training programs for staff.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in AML compliance.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and external agencies as needed.
  • Assist the BSA/AML Officer, as needed, with other duties and projects.


Main Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 4–5 years or relevant experience.
  • Banking experience and auto-lending experience.
  • 5+ years of direct experience with BSA/AML compliance processes, procedures, and regulations, or other directly related compliance experience in a bank or other financial institution.
  • 4+ years of direct experience conducting AML investigations, EDD reviews, and/or fraud investigations.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in AML software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in auto finance is preferred.
