SALARY: $15.00 per hour
SHIFT: Part-time including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts include 10am-5pm or 10am-4pm.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As part of the Anheuser-Busch Tour Center team, Guest Relations Associates help create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service and support. This role is responsible for answering guest inquiries via phone and messaging channels, sharing information about signature tours and events such as Brewery Lights, and assisting guests with booking experiences.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond professionally and promptly to phone calls, emails, and other electronic inquiries regarding tour and experience reservations for Warm Springs Ranch and the St. Louis Brewery.
  • Provide guests with accurate, consistent, and up-to-date information about tours, events, experiences, policies, and availability.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless booking experience from inquiry to reservation.
  • Generate and distribute ad hoc reports and booking data requests for location management using reservation and ticketing systems.
  • Engage guests with enthusiasm and passion while promoting brewery experiences, beer culture, and the world-renowned Budweiser Clydesdales.
  • Support overall guest satisfaction by serving as a knowledgeable resource and brand ambassador for Anheuser-Busch experiences.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ability to follow established sales and service processes while delivering a personalized guest experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, reservations, or call center environment preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing information about Anheuser-Busch experiences, beer culture, and the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales.
