As a Remote Member Success Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members throughout the benefits process.
Your role combines customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and consultative enrollment support.Member Service & Support
  • Meet with members virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
  • Respond to questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
  • Explain products and benefit programs clearly and professionally
  • Help members understand options based on their individual needs
  • Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
  • Provide follow-up support after enrollment
  • Review existing coverage and help members understand available options
Relationship Management
  • Build positive, long-term relationships with members and their families
