The Opportunity
We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI to design and deliver innovative solutions for Telco BSS/OSS ecosystems. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, business acumen, and hands-on experience in architecting AI-driven platforms that enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and monetization strategies.
What will your job look like?
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Present architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps to stakeholders.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Define end-to-end AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solution architectures for telecom BSS/OSS systems. Integrate AI capabilities into existing Amdocs platforms and customer environments. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Technology Leadership: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks (LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, orchestration platforms). Drive innovation by leveraging Agentic AI for autonomous workflows and decision-making.
  • Delivery & Governance: Provide guidance to development teams on implementation best practices. Ensure alignment with Amdocs' architecture principles and Telco-specific requirements.

All you need is...
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML-based solutions. Proven experience in Telco BSS/OSS domains (billing, CRM, order management, network orchestration).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), GenAI models (LLMs, transformers), and Agentic AI orchestration. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Proficiency in data engineering, API integration, and event-driven architectures.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of telecom processes: customer lifecycle management, service provisioning, network operations. Experience with OSS/BSS integration patterns and TM Forum standards.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex solution designs.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
  • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Exposure to Amdocs product suite or similar Telco platforms.
