About the Opportunity

Seekr is looking for a Director of Channel and Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale our global partner ecosystem as a core driver of revenue growth. This role will define and execute the company's channel strategy across value-added resellers, systems integrators, global systems integrators, hyperscale cloud providers, and strategic hardware partners.

The Director will be responsible for building a high-performing partner organization that expands Seekr's market reach through alliances with hyperscalers such as Oracle, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, while also developing relationships with leading infrastructure and hardware providers, including NVIDIA, AMD, Dell, and Lenovo. These partnerships are critical to enabling enterprise deployments of Seekr across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

This role is both strategic and operational. You will own the design of the partner program, lead the channel team, and work closely with enterprise sales, solutions architecture, product leadership, and marketing to build repeatable partner-driven revenue motions. The ideal candidate understands how to transform partnerships into measurable pipeline and long-term enterprise adoption.

You will play a key role in expanding Seekr's AI platform across regulated industries where trust, explainability, and performance are critical.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute Seekr's global channel and partner ecosystem strategy across VARs, regional SIs, GSIs, consulting firms, hyperscale cloud providers, and strategic infrastructure partners.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Channel Managers responsible for partner development and partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with hyperscalers, including Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop alliances with hardware and infrastructure partners, including NVIDIA, AMD, Dell, and Lenovo, to support AI infrastructure deployments and appliance-based offerings.
  • Design and scale Seekr's partner program, including onboarding frameworks, certifications, enablement programs, and joint go-to-market models.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by aligning channel strategy with enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with enterprise account executives to incorporate partners into account strategies and complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Work with solutions architecture and engineering teams to ensure partners are technically enabled to deploy Seekr solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Establish joint marketing and demand generation initiatives with strategic partners to expand market awareness and pipeline generation.
  • Track and manage partner performance metrics, including pipeline creation, revenue contribution, technical enablement progress, and joint customer success.
  • Represent Seekr within major partner ecosystems, cloud marketplaces, and industry events to strengthen strategic alliances.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that expand Seekr's reach into enterprise industries, including finance, telecommunications, utilities, logistics, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Provide leadership input into product strategy and platform integrations based on partner ecosystem needs and market demand.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, channel leadership, alliances, or enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling channel programs involving VARs, systems integrators, consulting firms, and global system integrators.
  • Direct experience working with hyperscale cloud providers such as AWS, Oracle, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience building partnerships with infrastructure and hardware providers such as NVIDIA, AMD, Dell, Lenovo, or similar enterprise technology vendors.
  • Background selling or supporting complex technology platforms, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven experience building partner-sourced revenue and managing large enterprise partnerships.
  • Strong leadership experience managing channel teams and building repeatable partner programs.
  • Experience developing joint go to market strategies with technology alliances and consulting partners.
  • Ability to translate complex technical platforms into scalable partner-delivered solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical stakeholders, enterprise executives, and partner leadership teams.
