Position Title: Community Ambassador Omnicom Chicago 

Pay 5 

Salary: $24-$26/hour

Job Summary

The Community Ambassador creates a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients, executives, and staff. This role serves as the primary reception contact for the office and C-suite, while ensuring all public areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support as the main point of contact for employees, visitors, and executives
• Greet guests professionally, ensuring a welcoming and polished experience
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation across all office spaces including lobby, conference rooms, kitchen, and work areas
• Restock office, kitchen, and pantry supplies; maintain clean and functional kitchen areas
• Set up, reset, and arrange conference rooms for meetings, including furniture movement up to 50 lbs
• Monitor and address maintenance needs, coordinating repairs and equipment servicing as needed
• Provide basic support for office technology and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors (catering, AV, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Respond to inquiries, anticipate needs, and communicate effectively with team members and departments
• Maintain awareness of daily operations and share relevant updates with the team
• Follow all security, safety, and compliance procedures
• Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs as needed
• Provide general administrative support and complete additional duties as assigned

• Strong hospitality mindset with commitment to delivering Platinum Service Standard
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office technology
• Reliable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
• Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and confidentiality
• 2 to 3 years of experience in client service, hospitality, housekeeping, porter, or similar corporate environment
