As an Associate Ambassador, you will support the Chief Ambassador of the Raving Fanatic Experience in building strategic client relationships while developing into a full-fledged ambassador role. This growth-oriented position provides comprehensive mentorship to develop the skills necessary for independent ambassadorship, combining relationship excellence with business strategy training. You'll learn to orchestrate meaningful client relationships, gather market insights, and represent our brand at industry events while creating a movement of loyal client advocates.
This role serves as the strategic bridge between our valued clients and our organization, requiring a dynamic professional who will champion our clients while driving measurable growth and building a community of brand advocates. As the ultimate client champion and extension of our executive leadership team, you will work closely with the Chief Ambassador to create meaningful face-to-face relationships, gather critical market insights, and represent our brand at industry events. Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Development: Learn to build and maintain thriving networks of raving fan clients, assist in face-to-face interactions, support feedback sessions, and gradually take ownership of assigned accounts under mentorship
  • Strategic Business Development Training: Assist in gathering client insights to inform business strategies, support identification of growth opportunities, help implement client feedback improvements, and collaborate on strategic initiatives
  • Brand Ambassadorship & Industry Presence: Accompany Chief Ambassador to industry events and conferences, learn to authentically communicate brand values, develop community connections, and gradually increase independent representation responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Learn to foster long-term partnerships, support internal team collaboration for exceptional client experiences, and master execution of the Raving Fanatic Mission across all touchpoints

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred 4+ years of professional business development experience and working hand in hand with senior executives and the C-suite
  • Experience working in Salesforce a plus
  • Experience in a professional services environment, highly complex consulting environment, or executive search firm is highly preferred
  • Proven success record selling and maintaining relationships in the C-Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong client service, with the ability to "create raving fans!"
  • Ability to build business over the phone and in person with a highly consultative approach
  • Flexible attitude, self-motivated with proven experience bringing in generous revenue.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, competitive, and highly professional
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially strong Excel skills)
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
  • Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
  • Available to travel 30-40% within the United States
  • Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX
