We are looking for a Sales Associate/Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow and thrive in the Nevada cannabis industry.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate/Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and products to customers/buyers/budtenders, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to our sales growth. You will be responsible for promoting our brand, educating customers/budtenders about our cannabis products, and providing personalized assistance to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and Education:
    • Greet and engage customers/buyers/budtenders in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
    • Educate customers/buyers/budtenders about our cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects.
    • Answer customer questions and provide recommendations based on individual preferences and needs.
    • Book pop-ups and education at dispensary partners during high traffic hours. Confirm promotion.
    • Represent Natural Medicine and it's brands out in market during several cannabis events, happy hours, activations
  • Sales and Product Promotion:
    • Effectively promote and sell our Fuze/Baseline/Crafted cannabis products ensuring you are hitting monthly sales targets
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new arrivals, market conditions
    • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure strict adherence to Nevada's cannabis regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
    • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure shopping environment.
    • Stay up-to-date on Metrc/ Compliance training
  • Customer Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Gather feedback and convey it to the management team for continuous improvement.
    • Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Be a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and mission.
    • Promote our brand image and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid Nevada Cannabis Agent Card (or the ability to obtain one).
