Delivery Driver

Apcore Logistics is a delivery service partner with Amazon. You see our delivery drivers every day in Amazon vans dropping off packages around your local neighborhood. Compensation: $23-25 per hour, paid weekly

  • Opportunity to earn incentive pay or bonuses based on reaching safety/productivity goals.

Schedule: 10 hour shifts per day

  • Generally starting around 10:00am and ending around 8:00pm (subject to change)
  • Full time opportunities of 3-5 days per week
  • Part time opportunities available for those desiring to work weekend

Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages to customers on time.
  • Safely driving a company vehicle, abiding by all traffic laws
  • Climb out of a vehicle and walk up and down stairs as required in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours a day and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work with the support team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to function calmly and efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Load and unload products from company vehicles.
  • Assist in keeping company vehicles clean and maintained.

Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age or older (no exceptions)
  • Possess a valid driver's license for 3+ years
  • Good driving record (background and driving record checks go back a full 7 years)
  • Available to work occasional holidays
  • New hires must be willing to take on either Saturdays or Sundays as part of their set schedule
  • Handle stressful driving demands and conditions
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
  • Great attitude and energy
  • Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service
