RR Electric Heating & Air Conditioning is a leading provider of Electrical & HVAC dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving, storing and distributing products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving and Inspecting Shipments: Accept incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Inventory Management: Organize and store products in designated areas, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with regular stock counts.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring items are correctly labeled and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products around the warehouse as needed.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before they are shipped to customers.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards by routinely sweeping, organizing inventory, and following safety protocols.
