Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the accurate handling, movement, and storage of materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks (as required by location)
  • Pick, pack, stage, and load orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities, including verifying materials and documentation
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas in accordance with safety standards
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and operational goals
  • Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred
  • Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided where applicable)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
