Position Summary:

Pound4Pound Fitness Equipment, a rapidly growing company specializing in high-quality gym equipment, is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Huntley, IL. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our warehouse operations' efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks by hand and with a forklift.
  • Disassemble and reassemble gym equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, squat racks, and power cages.
  • Organize equipment in aisles with like items, ensuring a neat and efficient warehouse layout.
  • Clean and detail equipment, and perform general warehouse cleanup duties as needed.
  • Palletize, block, strap, and wrap equipment, following safety protocols and best practices.
  • Perform heavy lifting tasks, contributing to a physically demanding work environment.
