We offer flexible schedules. Full-time and weekend positions available. Operations run 7 days a week with 1 weekend day availability required. Shifts are up to 10 hours per day. Starting pay is $21.75 per hour, $870 per week, plus multiple bonuses and incentives. We also have a raise plan in place which provides raises every 12 months!!

Delivery Driver Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Safely driving company vehicle: (Pro-master/Ford Transit etc..)
  • Climb up & down stairs as required in all weather conditions
  • Get In & Out of vehicle 200+ times a day
  • Work with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
  • Ability to function calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
  • Deliver packages in variable locations and stops
  • Load and unload products from company vehicles
  • Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations
  • Operate scanner to record shipping and package information
  • Maintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures

As a non CDL delivery driver, you must meet the following job requirements listed below in order to be qualified to work as a driver for Troxel Logistics, LLC:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to speak and read English
  • Must be flexible with work schedule including 1 weekend day minimum - due to business needs
  • Must have knowledge of state driving laws
  • Must consent to take a drug screen
  • Must have clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs during a 10+ hour work shift
  • Must be able to handle a stressful workload and driving demands
  • Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 10+ hour work shift
  • Ability to safely operate and navigate a 10,000 Pound van for 10+ hour work shift
  • Ability to effectively operate a GPS
