This role blends business operations with business development. You will own the systems, processes, and reporting that enable our team to go after new deals at scale. You will track performance across the portfolio, coordinate cross-functionally with GTMO, Marketing, Finance, and Contract Management, and build mechanisms that surface a holistic view of partnership health to leadership. You will also support sourcing of incremental opportunities and strategic partner management.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Operations & Performance Own pipeline management across the SBD partnership portfolio, ensuring accurate records and reporting. Build partner performance frameworks tracking GMS vs. forecast, contribution margin, and incrementality. Develop business review mechanisms (MBRs, QBRs) and partner with Finance on profitability tracking by partner, deal economics, and fee structures.
Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate between SBD, GTMO, Marketing, and Contract Management for seamless handoffs from deal signature through activation. Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, legal, and finance. Maintain dashboards, partner lists, and system accuracy. Align partnership strategy across US, EU, Japan, and Canada. Track contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and compliance.
Growth & Opportunity Development Identify technology and commercial opportunities with partners, build business cases, negotiate agreements, and drive execution. Monitor voice of the customer and deep-dive on solutions to advance strategic partnerships and GTM workstreams. Mine the existing portfolio for incremental GMS through underperforming partnerships, whitespace, and expansion potential. Support deal-making with financial models and performance data

We are seeking a Sr. Tech Business Development Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our partnership portfolio-ensuring our growing network delivers measurable GMS impact with the rigor of a high-performing BD organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience in developing SOP to build mechanism for complicated working process
- Background in business operations, sales operations, or partner operations in technology/B2B
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and business intelligence tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
