Job description

Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.
We are hiring an A/V Finishing Producer to join the Amazon MGM Studios International Theatrical Marketing team

This role will support the finishing, quality control, tracking, and delivery of A/V marketing materials for international theatrical campaigns while partnering closely with localization teams to ensure the timely delivery of required source materials.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of international A/V post-production and finishing workflows and understands how finishing timelines and deliverables support downstream localization needs. This person must be exceptionally organized and able to manage a high volume of assets, build and maintain detailed trackers, help develop scalable workflows, identify missing elements, and proactively follow up with internal teams and external vendors.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across global teams, territories, vendors, and time zones. The A/V Finishing Producer will report to the Senior A/V Finishing Producer, International Theatrical Marketing.
Key job responsibilities
- Workflow Development: Partner with the Senior A/V Finishing Producer to develop, document, and maintain workflows, handoff requirements, naming conventions, delivery checklists, and processes for international A/V finishing.
- Asset Tracking: Build and maintain detailed production trackers across multiple titles

Track assets through online, color, mix, graphics, approvals, QC, and final delivery while maintaining an accurate source of truth for stakeholders.
- Asset Management: Track the receipt and distribution of masters, scripts, cue sheets, dialogue lists, graphics packages, audio, title treatments, end cards, textless elements, and other source materials required for international finishing and localization.
- Vendor Management: Manage external finishing, sound, graphics, and delivery vendors. Communicate priorities, specifications, deadlines, and changes; follow up on pending items; and escalate risks when appropriate.
- Timeline Management: Track milestones, dependencies, approvals, and delivery deadlines across multiple campaigns. Proactively identify missing materials, scheduling conflicts, and potential delays, and recommend solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Localization Partnership: Act as a bridge to the localization team by setting expectations around finishing timelines and coordinating the timely delivery of approved masters and supporting source materials.
- Quality Control: Oversee the QC of A/V masters, graphics, end cards, branding, audio, encodes, social resizes, and other final deliverables to ensure they meet approved creative and technical specifications.
- Finishing Coordination: Coordinate online, mix, color, graphics, and approval sessions as needed

Route review materials and track feedback, revisions, approvals, and final sign-off.
- Content Security and Asset Access: Uphold content-security standards and manage title-specific file-sharing systems, folder organization, and access permissions for internal and external partners.
- Budget Support: Support the Senior A/V Finishing Producer with vendor estimates, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and A/V finishing budget management.
A day in the life
The A/V Finishing Producer manages the operational details that keep international theatrical marketing campaigns moving. On any given day, this person may update trackers across multiple titles, review upcoming milestones, confirm that vendors and localization partners have received the correct materials, follow up on missing elements, coordinate approvals, and QC final assets before delivery.
They work closely with the Senior A/V Finishing Producer to establish priorities, anticipate risks, and improve workflows. Because international campaigns involve multiple territories, vendors, formats, and time zones, this role requires someone who is proactive, responsive, adaptable, and highly organized.
The successful candidate does not simply record project statuses

They actively investigate gaps, follow through on open items, communicate risks, and help develop solutions that keep campaigns aligned and on schedule.
