Job description

Delivery Driver – E4 Ops (Mankato, MN – WMN7)

E4 Ops, LLC is a new Amazon Delivery Service Partner operating out of the WMN7 Amazon station in Mankato, MN. We're assembling a strong, reliable team to deliver Amazon packages throughout southern Minnesota with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency.

This is a W-2 employee role. Whether you want steady full-time work or a consistent part-time schedule, we're looking for people who show up ready to work, stay focused, and work safe.

What This Role Involves

As a Delivery Driver for E4 Ops, you'll operate a company-provided Ford Transit or RAM ProMaster while delivering Amazon packages to homes and businesses.

This is high-activity, on-the-move work. Expect a lot of steps, frequent lifting, and constant vehicle entry and exit. If you enjoy staying active and being outdoors, you'll thrive. If you prefer a slower pace or light physical work, this job will be challenging and not a good fit.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial locations
  • Safely operate an Amazon-branded delivery van under 10,000 lbs
  • Complete roughly 200 stops on a typical route
  • Lift, carry, and handle packages up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Use Amazon's mobile technology for navigation and route management
  • Move quickly while maintaining high accuracy
  • Follow strict safety procedures — safety comes first, every time

Work Schedule

  • Standard shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (up to 10 hours)
  • Full-time: 4 consistent days per week
  • Part-time: 1–2 shifts weekly (primarily weekends)
  • Weekend availability is required for most roles
  • Extra shifts and overtime available for top performers

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base rate: $21.00/hour
  • High performers: up to $29.00/hour
  • Bi-weekly direct deposit
  • Paid training + overtime after 40 hours
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match (coming soon)
  • Uniforms, safety equipment, and route supplies provided

Estimated Annual Earnings

  • 4 days/week: $43,000–$60,000+
  • 5 days/week: $54,000–$75,000+

Growth, Advancement & Long-Term Opportunity

E4 Ops believes in developing talent from within. As we expand routes and locations, high-performing drivers will be the first considered for new roles and leadership opportunities.

Possible advancement paths include:

  • Lead Driver / Safety Mentor
  • Dispatch & Routing Coordinator
  • Fleet Operations
  • Operations Manager / Supervisor

We're growing fast, and we're looking for people who want more than just a job — people who want a future in logistics.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid driver's license (no CDL required)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable entering/exiting a van many times per shift
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug test (including marijuana)
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Able to use smartphone-based delivery technology

Who Succeeds Here

E4 Ops is a high-accountability Amazon DSP focused on performance and dependability.

You'll do well here if you:

  • Show up consistently
  • Work hard
  • Take pride in quality and safety
  • Stay focused in a fast-paced environment

You won't succeed here if you:

  • Miss shifts
  • Avoid difficult work
  • Have trouble staying consistent
  • Are physically out of shape

We're committed to building a team that meets Amazon's standards with excellence every single day.

Apply Today

Training and onboarding will begin soon as we prepare for our official December launch at Amazon Station WMN7 in Mankato.

E4 Ops, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
