Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skill Linux Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong L3-level expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Strong clustering knowledge, automation experience using Ansible. Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and strong collaboration skills. Roles & Responsibilities Provide L3-level support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems in mission-critical environments. Troubleshoot complex OS, performance, storage, network, and application-level issues. Manage and support Red Hat Cluster environments ensuring high availability and business continuity. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. Automate system administration and configuration management tasks using Ansible. Implement system hardening, patching, upgrades, and security best practices. Work on system performance tuning and capacity planning. Collaborate with application, network, storage, and security teams. Support cloud-based Linux workloads in AWS (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM – good to have). Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24x7 production support. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
