AE Landscape Borders is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, managing inventory, keeping track of employee hours, and receiving payments for jobs. The role requires someone who is comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail, and has the ability to learn a CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients and employees
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Keep track of employee hours and payments
- Reschedule jobs as needed
- Use Excel, Word, and Gmail to manage and organize data
- Receive packages from UPS, Amazon, FedEx, and other delivery services (some of which may weigh 50+ pounds)
- Manage inventory in the attached warehouse
- Work well with a team or independently as needed
- Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced work environment
- Help maintain the facility
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience with Excel, Word, and Gmail
- Ability to learn a CRM system
- Comfortable with physical activity such as lifting and moving packages
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to schedule and manage calendar
- Great customer service
