📍 Role: Amazon Supply Chain Analyst
📍 Location: San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)
💰 Compensation Range: $30–$35/hr Non-exempt
At Luminize, we help brands win, and as one of the top 5 Amazon sellers in the US, we’re looking for top performers to grow with us.
We’re shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world’s biggest retail platform. We’re looking for an Amazon Supply Chain Analyst who will keep products moving smoothly from suppliers to warehouses and fulfillment centers while using data-driven decisions to optimize inventory, cash flow, and profitability. Your work ensures efficient operations and satisfied clients.
If you want your next move to mean more - more ownership, more growth, and more impact - we’d love to meet you!
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee Supply Chain Operations: Manage purchasing and inventory for Amazon and Walmart clients, ensuring smooth flow across fulfillment channels and warehouses.
  • Forecast & Optimize: Analyze sales data to predict demand, adjust orders, and balance supply with cash flow goals.
  • Problem-Solve & Resolve: Identify delivery or quality issues, collaborate with managers, and implement solutions that keep clients satisfied.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Build strong relationships with internal teams, warehouses, and clients to align on goals and resolve challenges.
  • Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and financial transactions while supporting clients with ad-hoc supply chain requests.

✅ What You Bring

  • Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of cash flow and profitability management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
  • Familiarity with inventory and logistics management (Amazon FBA or similar fulfillment environments).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Steps from 100+ top-rated bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and Petco Park

🛋️ An Office You'll Actually Want to Be In

Built for how great teams actually work.

  • Ergonomic standing desks and premium workstations
  • Fully stocked kitchen, snacks, espresso
  • Monthly all-company lunches to celebrate wins and stay connected
  • A team lounge with pool table and games for when you need a break
  • Bright, modern, collaborative space designed for focus and connection

🎁 Benefits & Perks

  • Dental & vision, including orthodontia and annual exams
  • Pet benefits, savings on vet care, products, and services
  • Paid Vacation, accrue 120 hours a year, with rollover

💵 Compensation Transparency
We’ve listed a broad hourly range of $30–$35/hour to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.

We’re committed to compensating based on value and impact, not just years on paper, and we’re happy to have open conversations throughout the process.

📈 Growth & Career Opportunities at Luminize

At Luminize, growth isn’t just something we drive for our clients, it’s our mindset and a big priority for our people.

From day one, you’ll have visibility into advancement opportunities and what it takes to grow into leadership, specialization, or other cross-functional roles.

We’re proud of our strong track record of promoting from within. Many of our team leads and

managers started in independent contributor roles and grew by consistently showing initiative,

curiosity, and impact. We only hire externally when needed, because we believe the best future

leaders are often already here.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Mentorship from experienced managers during 1:1s and annual performance reviews
  • Cross-functional exposure to departments, including content, brand management,  software, supply chain, operations, and catalog
  • Learning resources, including Udemy course access, and additional training programs and courses
