Job description

Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Program Management Office (PMO) within our Solutions Architecture (SA) practice. This role will support cross-functional initiatives and requires expertise in program management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional coordination across solution architecture, Builder Partners, product, engineering, BD, account management, and technical writing - aligning requirements, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives globally.
- Turn tech artifact gap findings into results - identify content gaps and product opportunities, drive prioritized improvements and feature requests into the right teams, and track them through delivery.
- Own the Bill of Materials for each API release - build and maintain a repeatable process that ties together working-backward plans and release roadmaps in one centralized view.
- Align content strategy across Core Selling and Amazon Programs - partner with BD and Spectrum PMs on cohesive messaging and channel experiences, define KPIs, and use data to measure impact and refine the approach.
- Build and scale PMO mechanisms - WBRs, MBRs, newsletters, and operational reporting - to improve visibility, efficiency, and cross-team execution, while proactively surfacing and resolving delivery risks.
About the team
Our global Solutions Architecture team enables technology Solution Providers to build on Selling Partner API. Selling Partner API is an integrated web service API that helps Amazon Selling Partners programmatically exchange data on listings, orders, payments, reports, and more.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
