A proven client adviser, excited of solving our clients' toughest business challenges with SAP technologies. You lead your clients with a strong point of view that you have constructed with your experience helping fortune 500 Aerospace and Defense clients address the challenges of modernizing and digitizing their enterprises. You possess broad transformation and industry experience, and deep SAP functional skills. You can lead projects and teams and have strong communication, people and executive presence skills that help you build credibility with senior client executives.

The Work:

  • Build an advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Information Officer (CIO).
  • Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the entire SAP ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers.
  • Demonstrate a track record for successful leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management, with a focus on C-level executives.
  • Lead executive committee meetings with customer stakeholders to monitor delivery progress and customer support experience, emphasizing a proactive agenda.
  • Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA private and/or public cloud and enterprise technology, and promote Accenture with customers, at conferences, and online.
  • Exhibit technical leadership in motivating delivery teams to meet customer expectations by providing workarounds and quickly resolving technical issues.
  • Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, security, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution.
  • Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, engineering, and more.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Here's what you Need:

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects

    • Minimum of 8 years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies, Information Technology (IT) Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Technology Solutions, Practice Development, Architecture, and/or Consulting

    • Minimum of 6 years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)

    • You have a Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)

    • Prior experience supporting the Consumer Goods Industry and clients

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)

    Bonus points if:

    • You have professional experience architecting and operating cloud-based solutions.

    • You have experience migrating or transforming legacy (SAP ECC) customer solutions to the cloud.

    • You have working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies including DevOps and DevSecOps

    • You have demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

    • You have presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.

    • You have experience in technology/software sales or pre-sales consulting.

    • You have experience with a programming or scripting language.

    • You have hands-on experience developing AI/ML applications on cloud infrastructure.
