As the Business Developer III, Organizational Strategy, you will drive organizational design and workforce strategy initiatives across the RME network.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape the structure, capability, and long-term direction of the organization, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategy. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing, scalable organization that supports Amazon's continued growth.
