This is a 100% travel-based, full-time permanent position. You will be deployed to job sites across the United States, where you and a team of fellow installers will build out large-scale robotic warehousing and fulfillment center equipment. Projects typically run 16–20 weeks. You will not work locally — this role requires full-time travel as a lifestyle, and we support that with everything you need covered.

You’ll work alongside a Project Manager and a skilled crew of Installers, leading and working alongside temporary workers on site. The work is hands-on, physical, and technically detailed — you’ll assemble and install advanced robotic picking stations along with automated product storage and retrieval systems, while performing general construction and mechanical assembly tasks.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in precise, high-quality work, thrives in a team, and is genuinely excited by the opportunity to travel and build things. If you have a background in construction, manufacturing, assembly, the military, or skilled trades, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, nationwide travel position. You will NOT work in your home city or return home on weekends. Projects are located across the United States. You will be based at a hotel near each job site for the duration of the project (typically 16–20 weeks), then deployed to the next project location.
