Job description

Amazon Robotics is looking for a Warehouse Robot Fleet Manager to oversee robotic drive unit operations at our Robbinsville fulfillment center. You will manage a team of robot technicians, track fleet health metrics, plan maintenance schedules around operational peaks, and drive continuous improvement projects to increase robot availability.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of maintenance or operations management experience
  • Leadership experience managing a technical team
  • Data-driven decision making with experience using dashboards and KPIs
  • Understanding of robotic or automated systems
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field
  • Six Sigma or lean manufacturing certification a plus
