A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.
Summary:
The Quality Control Specialist II supports quality assurance and compliance activities for enterprise infrastructure modernization, virtualization, cloud computing, and operational sustainment efforts within the CIMPLE environment. The role assists with monitoring performance standards, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring compliance with DHA, DoD, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
  • Support quality control and quality assurance activities for infrastructure modernization and cloud initiatives.
  • Review technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures for compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with cybersecurity, RMF, and operational standards.
  • Support testing and validation activities for virtualization and cloud environments.
  • Coordinate with engineering and program management personnel to ensure deliverable quality.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and process improvement principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of experience in developing public, private, hydrid, or multi-Cloud Computing solutions within a Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, and/or Infrastructure as a Service platform to enable data, servers, networks, storage, development tools, and/or applications through a cloud computing environment.
  • Experience required in Amazon Web Services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Azure Cloud providers.
  • The contractor shall have a TOP SECRET (TS) facility clearance (FCL) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access (TS/SCI).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting DHA, DoD, or Federal IT programs.
  • Quality assurance or process improvement certification.
