Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing brand partners. Your primary objectives will be nurturing these vital relationships, identifying new opportunities to upsell our comprehensive suite of Amazon marketplace services, and continuously improving the sales pipeline within our current brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for our existing brand portfolio. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Upselling & Cross-selling: Actively identify and pitch opportunities to integrate Weby Corp’s Amazon marketplace services (e.g., PPC advertising management, SEO optimization, A+ content creation, catalog management, and brand protection) into our partners' current strategies.
  • Pipeline Development: Analyze the current performance of existing brands to uncover untapped revenue streams. Strategically improve and expand the internal sales pipeline by finding creative ways to add value to our existing partnerships.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with brand partners to report on current performance, demonstrate the ROI of Weby Corp’s services, and map out future growth strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal marketing, operations, and advertising teams to ensure all sold services are delivered effectively and align with the brand’s unique goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, or Client Success, preferably within an eCommerce agency, retail, or tech environment.
  • Amazon Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central / Vendor Central), including a fundamental understanding of Amazon advertising, listing optimization, and fulfillment models.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to hit and exceed upselling and revenue targets. You should be comfortable pitching new services, negotiating, and closing deals with existing clients.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate complex eCommerce strategies into clear, actionable, and persuasive presentations.
  • Problem Solver: Highly analytical and proactive. You don't just wait for problems to arise; you anticipate them and come to the table with strategic solutions.
