How to get hired for Amazon Relay?

To get hired as an Amazon Relay owner-operator, you need to register your trucking business, meet Amazon's vehicle and safety requirements, and pass a background check. What are typical work schedules like for Amazon Relay Owner Operators?

As an Amazon Relay Owner Operator, you generally have the flexibility to choose your loads and set your own work schedule, allowing you to balance personal commitments with business goals. However, you'll need to carefully plan routes and delivery times to meet Amazon's on-time requirements, which can sometimes mean working nights, weekends, or holidays depending on demand. Most Owner Operators find that their workload varies week to week based on seasonal demands and available freight. Efficient time management and proactive scheduling are key to maximizing income and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
