The Amazon Leo Supply Chain team is looking for a Sr Manager - ASIC Sustaining Engineering to partner closely with Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to align product roadmaps with market demands

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record developing and executing strategy while maintaining design quality standards. Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will also be an advantage.
Key job responsibilities
- Product Development & Lifecycle: Work closely with Design teams to transition of chips from tape-out to final product, including validation, characterization, and debugging.
- Yield Enhancement & Optimization: Analyzing wafer fabrication data and test results to improve chip yield, directly impacting profitability.
- Yield, Test & Operations Strategy: Managing relationships with foundries and Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) partners and driving process & yield maturity.
- Driving engineering innovation, collaborating on design-for-test (DFT) initiatives, test cost reduction and maintaining design quality standards.
- Technical Leadership: Work closely with Design Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality and ensure alignment to meet product ramp milestones


- Build and lead global teams across Yield & Test engineering. Drive culture of excellence, accountability and problem solving.
