Job description

The Global Delivery team is responsible for ensuring that all Post Production Deliverables for Amazon MGM Studios' content are received, adhere to technical specifications, follow mandated file naming conventions, and pass Quality Control (QC).
The Delivery Coordinator will assist on global series, including original productions, co-productions, and acquisitions. They will support Delivery Managers in collaborating with Post and Production on delivery budgets and schedules, helping solve internal and external challenges, and ensuring that content is turned over on time and on budget.
The Delivery Coordinator will escalate issues to senior team members and flag potential trade-offs between delivery timelines and studio release plans.
Key job responsibilities
Support on-time and on-budget delivery process of Amazon MGM Studios series by tracking and coordinating all files listed on the delivery checklist.
Assist in coordinating delivery schedules with outside studios, producers, and production companies under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate closely with Series Post Production, Localization, Marketing, and Delivery Team leads to support cross-team processes and initiatives.
Proactively monitor and track QC process for assigned titles, including flagging issues and coordinating mitigation efforts with senior leadership.
Escalate technical or operational issues with delivery timelines that might impact studio release plans to senior team members.
Support process and technical innovation initiatives to improve delivery workflows and meet customer needs.
Assist in maintaining and updating technical delivery specifications and documentation.
Maintain delivery trackers, status reports, and internal documentation to ensure visibility across teams.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for the audio validation workflow.
Proactively update and maintain spreadsheet grids and/or databases with status
Provide back up coverage for other team members during their time off
Implement and enhance internal AI solutions to automate workflow and processes
A day in the life
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple series deliveries simultaneously. You will work alongside Delivery Managers to keep projects on track, chase down assets, follow up with vendors, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role will have room to grow and expand into managing delivery workflows independently, owning technical file specifications, and overseeing increasing content volume as our studio continues to grow.
