The Amazon Robotics Supply Chain Planning team is dedicated to operational excellence, specializing in demand planning, inventory optimization, and continuous enhancements to planning systems for Amazon Robotics Manufacturing. Through innovation and collaborative efforts, the team significantly contributes to the overall success of our supply chain operations. • Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
• Develop demand planning strategies on new and existing products as well as product phase-outs.
• Develop performance metrics, drive best practices, and lead process and tool improvements that are aligned with the strategic priorities of the team.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate the impacts of changes to the demand plan with Supply Chain team partners, including Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing.
• Develop standard operating procedures for demand and supply planning processes and systems for new technology platforms.
• Provide recommendations for operational improvements and identify metrics/KPIs to measure impact.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
