Program Overview
The Healthcare Operations Leadership Program is an intensive 4-6 month Administrator in Training (AIT) experience that prepares participants to lead a skilled nursing facility as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
Participants receive direct, hands-on exposure to the operational, financial, and regulatory components of post-acute care leadership.
During the program, you will develop experience in:
