Responsibilities:

  • Manage mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, and delivering packages (FedEx, UPS, Amazon)

  • Process outgoing shipments and deliver items to SMART lockers

  • Replenish supply rooms and maintain conference/scrum room cleanliness

  • Assist with conference room setup and FAST team support

  • Handle light printing, copying, laminating, and backup reception support

  • Perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting (equipment provided for heavy items)
