Job description

IAG1 is Launch Bonus Eligible. The bonus is $10,000 pre-tax.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be located at a site outside of 50 miles from the launch site. This is determined by the distance from the candidate's home site to the launch site
Has not received another launch bonus within the current calendar year
Hired within 30 days of first receive (FR)
Collection of Funds: When a candidate accepts an offer with a bonus, it will be automatically paid out 3 weeks prior to their start date
There are certain situations in which the employee would need to pay back the launch bonus. In all cases the bonus will be prorated based on the time in service at the new launch site. These scenarios include:
If the candidate leaves Amazon voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the launch bonus.
If the candidate is demoted from the role voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the bonus.
If the candidate fails to start at the new site.
If the candidate chooses to laterally transfer to another site within 6 months of the launch.

PIT Trainer roles may include production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. PIT Trainers will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.

Things to know about working in an Amazon Fulfillment Center:
• We're committed to providing a safe work environment. This means you wear a reflective vest, stretch and recognize others for working safely.

• We work to regulate our sites as much as possible, but even with climate controls the noise and temperature levels can vary day to day. Hearing protection is available.
• You may be asked to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet, or on powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.)
• You may be asked to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
For this role, you will need to be:

• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Current certification on PIT equipment is preferred, but not required.

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
