Department: Non-Inventory
The Amazon procurement team is looking for detail-oriented Non-Inventory Receivers to join our expanding operations team at Amazon Fulfillment Centers. This role is primarily focused on driving Non-Inventory material movement in support of operational needs, guided by data and metric performance. The position involves ensuring consumable packaging inventory accuracy, unloading trucks in direct support of Operations packaging, managing consumable movement within the facility, and maintaining the safest environment for the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Site Procurement Manager to manage Non-Inventory items flow through the building
• Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT)
• Conduct daily inventory counts
• Unload trailers and transport materials throughout the facility
• Organize and distribute packaging materials in designated areas
• Process web requisitions in Coupa system and distribute to requesters
• Conduct daily trailer audits
• Research missing Non-Inventory shipments
• Assist with Invoice Hold Resolutions
• Maintain safety standards in the department
• Support Site Procurement Manager in achieving Monthly Performance results

• You may be asked to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
For this role, you will need to be:
• At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Active Amazon PIT (Clamp, Reach, Counter Balance, Double Walkie etc.) license
- Active Amazon GTDR certification
- Sharkhunter 1 and 3 certificate of completion

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
