Their main duties include reading customer orders, locating the correct items using hand-held scanners, packing items securely in boxes, and labeling packages for delivery. The role is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Picker Packers are crucial to Amazon’s fulfillment process, ensuring customers receive the correct products quickly and safely.
