Job description

Support the Head of Production & Post across a diverse slate of original content spanning Canada, Latin America, and Brazil. You'll manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate international logistics, and serve as a key communication bridge between our Culver City headquarters and production teams throughout the Americas-all while working with modern AI-driven tools and workflows.
As a Production Coordinator, you'll be at the center of keeping our production operations running smoothly, ensuring that every detail-from travel coordination to deliverable tracking-supports the successful creation of world-class content for our global audience.
Key job responsibilities
Manage multi-timezone calendars and scheduling across the US, Canada, Latin America, and Brazil, coordinating availability for internal teams and external stakeholders
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including visa and passport requirements, while processing expense reports and purchase orders
Track production timelines, milestones, and deliverables across our slate, maintaining and updating production status documents and dashboards
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by preparing meeting agendas, documenting action items, and coordinating meetings with Creative, Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, and Post Production teams
Support production onboarding and vendor coordination, gathering crew lists, contact sheets, production documents, and managing PO tracking and invoice processing
A day in the life
Your day involves juggling multiple priorities across time zones while supporting the Head of Production & Post. You might start by reviewing overnight updates from production teams in Brazil and Latin America, then shift into coordinating a meeting between our Culver City office and a showrunner in Canada

You'll manage expense reports and purchase orders, and update production status dashboards. Throughout the day, you're the connective tissue between our creative teams, finance, legal, and post-production departments-making sure information flows clearly and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also explore how AI tools can streamline workflows, from automating scheduling to improving communication across our distributed teams.
