Job Summary
We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead day-to-day supply chain execution for a portfolio of Walmart and Sam's Club suppliers.
This role serves as the primary operational lead between Walmart, our clients, and internal teams. You'll be responsible for forecasting demand, managing replenishment, improving in-stock performance, and driving operational excellence across the supply chain.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution. This person understands Walmart's supply chain ecosystem, proactively identifies risks, and works cross-functionally to deliver results.
This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and expected to be in-office three days a week.
What You'll Do
Supply Chain & Replenishment Management
  • Own day-to-day Walmart and Sam's Club supply chain execution across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Partner with Walmart Replenishment teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support inventory flow, in-stock performance, and service-level execution
  • Monitor supply chain performance and proactively identify risks that could impact inventory, replenishment, or customer service
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart operational standards, scorecards, and replenishment requirements
  • Support successful product launches, transitions, and retailer initiatives through strong operational execution

Forecasting, Inventory & Performance Management
  • Develop and manage demand forecasts using sales, inventory, order, and supplier performance data
  • Drive replenishment execution to support inventory health and service-level goals
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including in-stock, fill rate, OTIF, and inventory flow
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and operational challenges
  • Anticipate supply chain risks related to promotions, seasonality, volume shifts, and supplier constraints

Purchase Order & Direct Import Management
  • Manage Domestic and Direct Import purchase order activity, including PO creation, maintenance, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with Walmart, suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and communication
  • Maintain visibility into order status, delivery performance, and supply chain disruptions
  • Support issue escalation and resolution to minimize operational impact and improve performance

Reporting, Analysis & Business Insights
  • Analyze sales, inventory, order, and supplier data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare operational reporting, forecasts, replenishment insights, fill rate recaps, and performance updates for clients and internal teams
  • Monitor items performing below Walmart growth and service-level expectations and recommend corrective actions
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that improve execution and support account growth
  • Provide guidance on Walmart supply chain processes, tools, and best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Support
  • Partner with sales, account management, operations, and supply chain teams to support client objectives and retailer requirements
  • Support supplier onboarding and program readiness activities, including freight terms, ship point setup, lead time validation, and system accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of new and existing programs
  • Participate in supplier reviews and ongoing operational business discussions
  • Help drive continuous improvement across processes, performance, and service levels

Operational Excellence & Prioritization
  • Manage recurring operational responsibilities, including weekly fill rate reporting and performance reviews
  • Prioritize workload based on business impact, customer service risk, and operational urgency
  • Identify issues early, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution through completion
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder needs
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail across all areas of responsibility

What We're Looking For
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management, or retail operations
  • Experience supporting Walmart and/or Sam's Club accounts within a CPG company, brokerage, agency, or retail environment preferred
  • Proven experience managing demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and service-level performance
  • Experience managing Domestic and Direct Import purchase order processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and improve performance

  • Strong understanding of Walmart supply chain processes, replenishment systems, and operational requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience working with Walmart tools and reporting platforms such as Retail Link, Luminate, ASPEN, or similar systems preferred
