Job description

Order Fulfillment Representative

Order Fulfillment Representative is responsible for managing company equipment, fulfilling  orders, assisting employees with equipment issues, and supporting the print center. This role involves ordering, tracking, and processing returns of company assets, including laptops,  phones, printers, and camera devices. Additionally, the position assists with uniform orders,  Headquarters, and print center operations to ensure smooth business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Equipment ManagementPack and ship company equipment, including laptops, phones, printers, and camera devices.
Order equipment that is not available in the warehouse.
Place orders on Amazon and various vendor portals as needed.
Track field equipment and maintain accurate inventory records.
Process equipment returns, including unpacking, resetting, and testing returned devices.


Support & Equipment AssistanceAssist employees with equipment-related issues.
Maintain and update equipment tracking logs to ensure proper accountability.
Assist with the new hire onboarding process
Assist with Google Suite logins


Uniform Orders & ProcessingOrder uniform stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Process uniform orders placed by the field team.
Pack and ship uniform orders accurately and efficiently.


Print Center SupportProvide backup support for the print center when the primary print staff is out or backlogged.
Replenish sticker stock when new orders are delivered.
Restock sleeves with large orders from the warehouse.
Fulfill sticker orders, including loading the printer with sticker stock and preparing shipments.


Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications are a plus.


Experience:
1-2 years of experience in support, logistics, or equipment handling is preferred.
 Experience with order fulfillment and inventory management is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Proficiency in order processing and vendor management platforms.
Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with printers, label makers, and warehouse inventory systems.
Familiarity with logistics software and asset tracking tools.


Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Standing for extended periods when packing and shipping equipment or uniforms.


Work Environment:
Warehouse and office-based environment with occasional remote troubleshooting assistance.
