Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for the Scene-Based Persistent Infrared (PIR) mission. You will conduct in-depth analysis, support 24x7 crisis operations when necessary, and produce multi-layered intelligence products.
  • In-Depth Analysis: Perform Time Constrained, Content Centric (TC3) and Content Dominant (CD) analysis on PIR functional threads.
  • PIR & GEOINT Production: Conduct full-spectrum GEOINT analysis, utilizing Electro-Optical, Infrared, and SAR data to identify targets and essential elements of information.
  • Environmental Analysis: Execute EIP/HS analysis, including atmospheric and meteorological data analysis to characterize events and features.
  • Sensor Assessment: Assess the utility of operational and developmental sensors via radiometric, temporal, and spectral performance analysis.

Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI security clearance is desired.
Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Required skill:
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of PIR data phenomenology, atmospheric/meteorological data analysis, and GEOINT analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with GIS Portal development and creating dynamic GIS products.
  • Operational Flexibility: Ability to support a flexible schedule, including potential 24x7 operations for high-profile events.
