Job description

 Part-Time Store Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greeting customers and providing expert advice on shipping, printing, and business service solutions.
  • Packing & Shipping: Carefully packing items of all shapes and sizes and processing shipments through our UPS systems.
  • Print Services: Operating high-volume printers and assisting with document finishing like binding and laminating.
  • Store Operations: Handling point-of-sale (POS) transactions, managing customer mailboxes, and processing returns (such as Amazon and Happy Returns).
  • Store Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized retail environment and restocking supplies as needed.

Store Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
