Our full funnel ad solutions-including display, video, and custom ads-leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.

The Agency Development Managers (ADM) own the Amazon Ads/Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level. ADMs are tasked with accelerating Amazon Ads revenue, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced in operating at all levels of matrixed organizations, strategic thinkers with the ability to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our agency clients.

Candidates must make data-driven decisions, set and achieve goals, and have the ability to "think big" while prioritizing and delivering bar-raising experiences to Amazon Advertising's media agency customers. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers. ADMs play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon-focus ideas to their clients.

You will be accountable for advertiser growth via strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with agencies.
Key job responsibilities
Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level and influencers/decision makers of all sizes within the agency and be able to handle complex discussions
Create and execute cross-team project plans
Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video centric solutions
Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events
Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders which drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products
Lean into key advertisers at the agency to increase revenue across multiple Amazon Ads products
Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships
Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way
Work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to get things done
