The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $62,650 - $91,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Customer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Amazon partners, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Amazon's retrofit projects, striving to enhance sales and profitability
  • Solution Proposal Delivery:Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Dematic's solution proposals according to customer needs and objectives
  • Strategic Planning:Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with Amazon's goals and Dematic's business objectives
  • Issue Resolution:Address and resolve any issues or problems faced by Amazon to maintain trust and satisfaction
  • Reporting:Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience:Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the automation or logistics industry
  • Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills , and the ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering
  • Knowledge:Familiarity with Amazon's operations and the retrofit business model is a plus.
  • Location:Based in Bellevue, WA, or Grand Rapids, MI with the ability to travel as needed.
