Good Pill

Lawrenceville, GA

Job description

Retail pharmacist experience required. Multi-state licensed, with the drive to add more licenses as we grow.

  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
  • Located 1 mile from Sugarloaf Mills, off I-85 between Duluth and Lawrenceville.
  • Full-time: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm, plus rotating Saturdays.
  • Excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k).
Who we are

Good Pill is reimagining the family pharmacy. By matching surplus medicine that would otherwise be wasted and pricing it transparently, we help families get the medications they need without the sticker shock. We're growing quickly and serve patients in the states where we're licensed.

What you'll do
  • Keep our high-volume mail-order pharmacy moving: fill, verify, and counsel with speed and accuracy.
  • Lean on our pharmacy software to keep orders correct and on time, and flag ways we can work smarter.
  • Team up with our Patient Navigation and fulfillment teams so medications reach patients quickly.
  • Grow our reach into new states over time by adding licenses as we expand.
What we're looking for
  • A pharmacist who does their best work in a fast, high-throughput setting. Retail experience required.
  • Multi-state licensed and eager to add more. Louisiana, Mississippi, and Michigan licenses are especially valuable, and Maryland or Illinois is a plus. Only licensed elsewhere so far? We'd still love to hear from you.
  • Bonus points for mail-order, multi-state, or digital-pharmacy startup experience (think Ro, Alto, Capsule, Amazon Pharmacy, or Cost Plus Drugs).
  • A startup mindset. You like improving the process, not just running it, and you use technology to go faster.
  • Dependable and present. This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday through Friday plus rotating Saturdays.
Perks and benefits
  • Health Coverage: We pay 100% of your medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums, starting the 1st of the month after you join.
  • Time Off: Over 6 weeks of paid time off, including 2+ weeks of company holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, and 2 weeks of sick leave.
  • Retirement: Full-time employees receive a 4% 401K match, traditional and/or Roth.
  • Growth: A professional development stipend to learn new skills or explore other parts of our organization.
Must-haves (you won't be considered without these)
  • An active Georgia pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Licensed in multiple states, and willing to add more over time.
  • Strong retail pharmacist experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Able to work rotating Saturdays.
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Passed background check
  • Physical requirements: Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping. Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
