Job description

Remote (U.S. Only) | 4-8 Week Engagement
We're looking for a hands-on expert in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex to help us design and build a real-world conversational contact center experience.
This is not a "set up a few flows" role - we need someone who has actually shipped production systems and understands both the tech and the customer experience.
What you'll do:
  • Build and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows
  • Design conversational experiences using Amazon Lex (V2)
  • Integrate backend systems via AWS Lambda
  • Help architect something scalable and clean
You're a fit if:
  • You've built real-world Connect + Lex solutions
  • You understand conversational UX (not just config)
  • You can both build and advise
  • You are a U.S. Citizen (required)
Details:
  • Remote (U.S. only)
  • Contract (4-8 weeks to start)
  • Flexible hours

Apply with examples of systems you've built.
