Job description

Join Amazon's Legal Department as a Contracts Manager supporting Amazon Web Services (AWS), where you'll manage the complete lifecycle of contracts for our global data center infrastructure. You'll work on high-impact agreements spanning design, construction, operations, maintenance, and security-directly influencing how we scale cloud computing infrastructure worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts across diverse data center activities, including general contractor agreements, engineering and design vendor contracts, operations and maintenance service agreements, work orders, change orders, and related ancillary agreements
- Provide day-to-day legal and commercial guidance to business stakeholders on projects, negotiations, vendor management, and internal and external communications
